Really enjoyed the experience. Easy to find items at great prices that were also in stock. Asked for Click and Collect and staff were very prompt to get the items.

The staff in total tools were truly excellent when I went to collect my new electric chainsaw. Friendly and competent they went over all the things I needed to know about the saw. Highly recommend total tools for all your tools needs. Also the deal on the saw was truly excellent. Great prices too!

The reason I rate Total Tools highly is that on my first visit I liked the vibe of the place, and they have good quality products at a good price. And the staff know their product and provide really good, no BS, customer service. And they price match with no hassles.

Always a great place to shop. Competitive prices but usefully friendly staff who go out of their way to ensure you have the best deal and the simplest of experiences shopping for the right tools.

I was in Fyshwick total tools yesterday to pick up straps and holders for my belt I thought I’d just run in and grab all my stuff by I was greeted by such a lovely staff member her name was jade she helped me get all the equipment I needed made sure it was all correct, the whole experience was a smooth one 10/10 service definitely recommend 👍

I walked in with a part number, told the VERY helpful bloke I needed one, he checked stock, we went and got it, we then did the checkout thing, and I was on my way. Is there any better way to shop?

This is a tool shop, so you won't find nuts and bolts, timber, or fittings (apart from pressurised air fittings) but they are the best shop in town for tools. Well-organised and tidy store with a great range and prices, helpful staff, good brands only no junk.

Big store full of fantastic tools. The staff are really helpful as they know where everything is. I could spend hours browsing but alas, I buy what I need at the time to do my jobs. Highly recommended
